Rental Rates
Rates are based on 12-hour rentals on the weekend from 8 AM until 1 AM. Additional hours may be added for an additional fee and must be arranged before the event.
An alcohol surcharge is assessed to the lessee if alcohol will be provided.
A sales fee is applicable to each vendor for non-vending events per day. The fee applies to concessions, merchandise, and alcohol vendors.
Equipment and Property Rental
The Brazos Center can rent additional resources and equipment to make your event a success, including internet access, microphones, tables and chairs, portable stages, projectors, and coffee service. These items should be reserved upon room reservation.
